Italy — Unparalleled History & Breathtaking Scenery

Rome · Venice · Pisa · Florence

Italy is one of those destinations that captures your heart from the moment you arrive. I could spend a lifetime exploring it and still have more to see.

Every visit reveals another hidden gem, another unforgettable meal, another breathtaking view, and another piece of history waiting to be discovered. It's a destination that keeps calling me back. Whether you're wandering through cobblestone streets, enjoying homemade pasta at a family-owned trattoria, or watching the sunset over the rolling hills of Tuscany, every day feels like a memory in the making. I absolutely love Italy because the history is unparalleled, the scenery is breathtaking, and there is always something new to discover.

Landmarks that surprised me

Some of Italy's most famous landmarks surprised me in ways I never expected. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is so much more than just a leaning tower — I was amazed by how large it is, and by the incredible beauty and intricate detail of the architecture. Climbing to the top was one of my favorite experiences. Seeing Michelangelo's David in Florence was another moment that left me speechless. I had seen pictures my entire life, but nothing prepared me for how tall, detailed, and breathtaking it is in person.

Walking into the Sistine Chapel was equally unforgettable — a reverent and humbling experience that is difficult to describe. Beyond those iconic sites, I loved wandering through Venice, watching artisans create hand-blown glass on Murano, exploring the ancient ruins of Pompeii, shopping in Milan, and simply getting lost in the beautiful piazzas and charming streets that make every Italian town unique.

It wasn't a famous restaurant or a tourist attraction — it was simply authentic Italy, and it became one of the most memorable meals of our trip.

And, of course, the food

An evening in the piazza — homemade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and the kind of meal you remember for years.

No trip to Italy would be complete without experiencing the food. Fresh pasta, wood-fired pizza, creamy gelato, artisan cheeses, local wines, and pastries made from recipes passed down for generations are all part of everyday life. One of my favorite memories was following our local guide's recommendation to a small neighborhood restaurant that we never would have found on our own. We shared lunch alongside local families while enjoying homemade pasta topped with a sauce that had been simmering all day.

Those unexpected moments are often the ones that stay with you the longest. Whether you're dreaming of the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Rome, Florence, or Venice, I can help design an itinerary that matches your interests so you experience the Italy that speaks to you.
